The standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for digital creations and 4-6 weeks for party packages. I do try my hardest to expedite the process by providing open communication through the entire process.

I offer up to two rounds of revisions for digital designs to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur a small fee.

Final designs are delivered digitally via email or a secure download link in the formats of your choice (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the order placement are eligible for a full refund. Beyond this period, all digital items will be nonrefundable.

At the moment I accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal and soon will offer afterpay.
